november the twenty-seventh
The MIT Blogdex has undergone major upgrades since I last used it. If you haven’t checked it out before, check it out, it’s in my links section. I was reading Pete’s blog earlier and checked out his links for once. While reading his friend’s blog, I found a link to a great internet radio station called SomaFM. I forget the url, but a quick search on either Google or AllTheWeb.com should do it. They have about four stations to choose from. The spy themed one was pretty cool.
Tomorrow is thanksgiving. Hooray for that and hooray for 4-day weekends. One show on Friday, two on Saturday, but oh well. I’ll be dead by Sunday, as always I suppose. Gotta find time to do the last chapter of math before next Tuesday. Final is two weeks away. Then we get a month break. Big giant woot for that too. Off topic. Internet explorer is bad, and Mozilla 1.2 just came out. Go download. Go. You won’t regret it. Tabbed browsing rocks. There was something else I was going to say, but alas, I have now forgotten.
Aha. I remembered. Go check out EndEffect.com. They’ve got 3 new awesome desktop pictures out. I was evil and replaced the default OS X background on this computer with one of the new ones from EE. Speaking of which, I still want a new G4. Preferably a Powerbook. Also, while IÕm at it. I want the new BMW Z4. The car featured so nicely in the new short movies available over at bmwfilms.com. Very nice stuff. I suggest “The Hostage.” John Woo (hope I remembered that correctly) is a great director.
Something else I read from a link off of Pete’s friend’s site was a lengthy article on the downward spiral of chess master Bobby Fischer. I have a feeling I butchered his name as well. Ah well, I’ll fix it when I get back home to my personal computer. Time to go. Ciao.
