…how I wonder…
I thought about this about a week ago but haven’t yet gotten around to posting it. For me, right before falling asleep is when I think the clearest. There are no distractions to my thinking and when I am not moving, its easier to ferret out interference from other things. Anyway, some observations from this time of my day.

Have you ever noticed that while you are at the dentist or the orthodontist, the person who is working in your mouth has a sort of soapbox they get to stand on as long as their hands are in your mouth? You can’t say anything to them and you can’t do much of anything but if they wish, they can go on and on and on about anything they wish, like their relatives with bumps on their necks, their co-workers bad breath or their car breaking down the previous week. Presumably, if it gets to be completely unbearable, you could bite them, but that’s not very nice, and will not win you any favors at the office. Furthermore, if you try and run away, at least with an orthodontist, you could end up with your braces or other devices in all states of assembly.
