this was the first time i hung out with lindsay and jeffrey louie.
…
the conversation ranged from such topics as why starbucks coffee sucks, to her experiences growing up with a catholic father, to the pitfalls of public education, to past relationships and what to look for in a person, to what she wants to do with her life.
and later on, the state of porn on the internet while sitting in the car protected from the freezing wind outside, overlooking the twinkling artificial lights of the bay area below.

crazy french music, jlou’s tire-protector thing falling off on the way home from a late night in-n-out stop (at which we discussed the similarities of apple and in-n-out; the similarities being that both keep it simple and good). discussed how it’s run by the christian coalition. made the connection to u.p.s. being run by mormons.
going backwards now, rewinding to the beginning of this night. tart to tart. all of us huddled over an incredibly hard crossword puzzle that she used to try to complete every sunday in her barista days.
a night to remember.
